As we approach Christmas, the spirit and mood for giving is in the Air!! True to the spirit of giving, we will be bearing you even more delightful gifts as part of our wonderful Club Culture!
Join us this Thursday Night, 3rd December for our Club’s 367th Chapter Meeting for more Gifts, which include:
· Be entertained by 2 of our more entertaining speakers, Tony Hoo and Matthew Leung as they present their Project Speeches! If their previous speeches are an indicator, then I am sure we will be thoroughly entertained watching them speak again after a period of a few months! Our newest member Sim Hua Soon will also be presenting his first ever project – the Ice Breaker! Join us to offer our encouragement to Hua Soon as he presents his first project, and we await with anticipation on what will he be presenting about himself!
· We have also invited a league of Extraordinary Gentlemen as our guest evaluators for the evening. Ang Wee Yong from Changi Simei TMC is the reigning Area S4 International Speech Champion, and he will bring his adroit and analytical style to be our Language Evaluator. Patrick Seehoo from DSTA TMC is one of the most passionate Toastmasters I have met, and has proven his Leadership skills as the first President of DSTA TMC. He will share his insights with us as the General Evaluator for the evening. Ong Lye Sum from ITE TMC is the consummate gentleman, and he will bring his smooth, easy, and composed style of Evaluation as one of the Project Evaluators. I am sure we can learn plenty from our invited guests.
· This meeting will also see our club’s rising star Lim Zhi Qiang take up the role of Toastmasters of the Day! Those who were at the last meeting must surely have been captivated by his Speech, and the way he was able to vividly tell the touching story of a child and a teacher. We look forward to be captivated by Zhi Qiang as he gamely takes the stage again as Toastmasters of the Day!
