Wishing all you a Bountiful and Prosperous Year of the Rabbit!
Having the extended weekend, I believe all of you are raring to charge (or bounce off) into the new year!

In keeping to proud tradition of Chinese New Year, RunBin have nothing to say but the good things as she deliver her AP2 of the Special Occasion Speeches Manual, Speaking in praise.
Jin Sen, last spoke of the lessons that schools do not teach. Now what lessons in life will he speak on in P5 of the CC manual?
Angela, will spin lyrical notes using words as she attempts Project 4, How to Say It of the CC manual.
Coen, he often speak of going back to basics and reinventing oneself, he certainly walk the talk by re-attempting and re-interpreting his CC projects. See how he has grown as he attempts his P7 of the CC manual.
Observation, interpretation and feedback. These three words sums up what evaluators do. On the 10th, we have a host of speakers who have made evaluation an art.
We thank them for agreeing to grace our chapter meeting, dispensing gems of knowledge and wisdom that will do our club members much benefits.
They are our guest evaluators: Rebecca, Richard and Vera Wee as well as our own in-house evaluators: Jin Hwui and Thomas
Of course, we have the important "crew" members, who toil at the both in the fore and back ground while the show is in progress.
They are our TME, Zhi Qiang, SAA, Kelvin, TTM, Linda, Ah-Counter, Ted, Timer, Zamir.
With such an exciting line up of activities, what are you waiting for?

Tampines Changkat Toastmasters Club 396th Chapter Meeting on 20 January 2011
After the euphoria of new year celebration,
we sobered....to a whole new level of fun!
Our club had just celebrated its 18th Anniversary, 18 years of great, glorious history, but we do not stand still.
We continue to look forward to a fabulous and fantastic future where we continue our strive to become better listeners, speakers and thinkers.
Like every other chapter meeting , we have a wonderful lineup of programs. This coming Thursday is no exception.
We have a wonderful line up of speakers and they are sure to tease and thrill you.
We have Gerald who is taking his next step in toastmaster journey by attempting his P2.
Next up we have our long awaited speaker in the form of Ridzham who will be delivering his P3
We have also got Ted who is ramping up the pace in style as he seeks to complete his P5.
In Atindra, we have a speaker who have made a breakthrough recently, look how he soars as he attempts his P6.
She attempted her first evaluation and have already gotten rave reviews. She is non other than Linda.
Linda will take her next step towards becoming a CC by attempting her P8.
As with all Chapter Meetings, we have an exciting line up of evaluators, they will provide helpful feedback that will not only spur us to improve, but will thrill us in the process of doing so.
They are non-other than Lynda Neo of Tampines Changkat Advanced TMC, and our very own Virginia, Andrew, Thomas. Run Bin and Coen.
Of course, there are the appointment holders without which the chapter meeting will not be able to run.

Tampines Changkat Toastmasters Club 395th Chapter Meeting on 6 January 2011
Happy New Year! Members and Guests,
We wave goodbye to a wonderful year of 2010 and
We usher a year of surprises in 2011.
We got off to a wonderful start with the marital union of two of our members: JinHwui and FoongYin.
Congratulations to the both of them! On behalf of the the club, I wish them the very best in their relationship.
To celebrate this joyous occasion and many more to come, we do it in typical TM way: A chapter meeting:)
If its not enough, there's a bonus: JinHwui has proudly sponsored 2 vouchers from star cruise, and it rolled over.
The Best Project Speech Speaker and Tabled Topics Speaker will get to bring one back.
Excited? Hold that salivation! Here’s a sneak preview of what’s about to happen;
- We will welcome Zamir as he takes his first steps in TM as a project speaker.
- Cher Teck will share with us some secrets of .........(I shall not spoil the fun, let him show the way in his Project 3)
- Not 1, not 2 but 3 speakers will be attempting their Project 3. What magnificent and grandeur sights will they conjure with literacy paint brush. I can't wait to find out! Angela, Sharon and Ted, all the best!!!
- Feedback, that help you continue what you have been doing well. Feedback, that helps you fine tune. Look forward to an line up of Evaluators, our very own Linda, who is attempting evaluation for the first time and Shaun. We also have with us well as invited guests: Rambo and Azhar from IPA TMC and Gurion from Nanyang Polytechnic TMC and Ming Hwee from Ulu Pandan TMC.
- For the role of the Master of Ceremony, the toastmaster of the evening, the host of the event, we have the charming Zhi Qiang!
